SPIRA

SPIRA is a custom display typeface inspired by the interior spatial language of Melbourne’s Premier Tower. Curved surfaces, vertical repetition, and rotational movement inform the construction of the letterforms, translating architectural atmosphere into typographic structure.
Developed as an uppercase and numerals, SPIRA also includes a complementary set of icons derived from the same geometric logic. Drawing from layered surfaces, curved walls, and vertical rhythm, the system balances expressive form with consistency, establishing a clear and cohesive visual language across characters and symbols.
